ADS Biosystems Inc. has a very experienced and highly skilled team. We have collaborated with BMS/Celgene, Genentech, Johnson and Johnson, Sanofi Europe, Science Exchange, UC Davis, UCSD, Intercept, and Third Rock Ventures, just to name a few. Our featured services include, but are not limited to, cell and organ cultures, antigen-based affinity antibody purification, in vitro kinase assays, Alpha Screen, and custom ELISA kit development and testing. We specialize in cell-based assays, such as human M1 macrophage Caspase 1 activation, and many other luciferase-based assays in cells, like FXR based luciferase assays in cells. Our expertise is in human CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells and differentiation into human T cells. We are also conducting cell-based assays, such as luciferase assays, in a variety of primary cells, cell lines and tissue cultures. We provide molecular biology services, such as real time RT-PCR, quantitative Western Blot and ELISA. We have tested drug candidates for customers in a variety of cell-based models, hearing loss studies in our chemically deafened cochlear cultures, and for obesity and diabetes in vitro with adipocytes and in vivo with mouse models.
